About Forrest Leff

Forrest is the Responsible Broker for Cornerstone Real Estate, with over 21 years of experience specializing in Commercial and Industrial real estate. A native to Casper, he is exceptionally in-tune with the city and surrounding areas, which helps cultivate his clients’ valued trust in his expertise.

Forrest received his Associate of Science degree at Casper College and a Bachelor's degree in Zoology and Physiology from the University of Wyoming, after which he relocated to California and established Turbo Cleaning Systems in San Diego, specializing in medical biohazard waste and decontamination. His business operated with 120 employees before it was sold in 1993 to Jani-King, a nationwide cleaning service.

During that time, he secured contracts in the Greater San Diego area with the Radiology Medical Group, Mercy Hospital, and Surgical Centers of San Diego.

When he returned to Casper in 1994, Forrest successfully launched Java Jitters Espresso in the Eastridge Mall as the first espresso shop in Casper, and it set a high bar for other coffee shops in its 30 years. Forrest served as President of the Casper Petroleum Club in 2017, where he was responsible for the disbursement, dissolution, and disposition of assets, optimizing the club’s monetary potential.

Forrest has a diverse background including acquisitions, dispositions, sales, and leasing of commercial and industrial real estate. He is an effective front-runner in real estate - presently overseeing 800,000 square feet of combined retail and industrial properties listed in the Casper area alone.
